This e-business solution integrates everyday business functions such as product eStores, order placement, electronic proofing, administrative order authorization, warehouse fulfillment and inventory management, as well as detailed reporting. Online auctions are also available to raise money for scholarships, research, United Way, charitable donations, people in need, etc.

Our ACES program is not a "canned" or "off the shelf" program with limiting features. American has invested millions of dollars in technology to provide this fully interactive proprietary system to hundreds of customers. American offers you options when considering how you want to use your online store, and how often.

Company eStore
Customize a company eStore to offer whatever you need to members of your organization: forms, marketing materials, promotional items, logo apparel, and more. Items in the company eStore are pre-selected by you, and are typically already printed and are being held in inventory. You can assign unique user names and passwords by location, department, etc. to track orders and coordinate billing.

Print-On-Demand Template eStore
When you need to order the same items repeatedly, but the information on each changes slightly, the Template eStore is for you. Perfect for items like stationery, business cards, badges, ink stamps, and more, members of your organization can log on, select the items they need, fill in the fields of the template, and order – right from the convenience of their computer. Information to complete the order is sent behind the scenes to vendors who are set up with your print specifications, and completed orders can be sent right to the proper location. Online tracking can be monitored by you or your purchasing department.

Variable Data eStore
Today's marketing demands a more personal touch to your target market. A Variable Data eStore makes targeted marketing a breeze. Access templates of your marketing materials online, upload your database, and the Variable Data eStore merges the information, prints the materials, and mails them to your customers or prospects – freeing up your time to begin working on the next project.

Just-In-Time eStore (Apparel)
The Just-In-Time eStore is very popular with our apparel customers. This eStore allows users to order embroidered apparel one at a time, as needed. All artwork and stitch colors are set up ahead of time to your specifications. There is no need to inventory product with the Just-In-Time (JIT) program as apparel is embroidered and shipped within seven to ten business days.

There is no cost to have a JIT store, but there are a few restrictions. You are limited to the apparel items that have been pre-selected by American as JIT offerings, and customers will only have embroidered logos available to them. Personalization, such as a name or the name of a sport, is available on items ordered from the JIT store.

Setup for this site is fast – usually only two to three weeks once your logo has been received and sewn out. Users can link from your website or ours, enter their user name and password, and are directed to a page that has been customized with your logo and colors.

Custom eStore
A Custom eStore allows you the flexibility to offer whatever you like to your customers. You're not limited to the pre-selected offerings of a JIT store, and you can offer non-apparel promotional items (like lanyards, water bottles, and key chains), printed materials, and more. Items offered in the Custom eStore typically have already been ordered and customized, and are being held in inventory – either in our warehouse or in a location selected by our customer. There is a monthly fee for a Custom eStore. Shar can provide you with more information.

Office Supplies eStore
An office supply eStore can be added to your mall front so make it easier and more efficient for your organization to track and order office supplies. American's office supplies are provided by a trusted, national vendor that has multiple locations to ensure that items in your order are in stock and ready to ship the next business day. Online tracking and emailed reports make inventory management a breeze. There is no cost for an office supplies eStore.

Greeting Cards eStore
Keep in touch with your clients, employees, and members of your organization all year long with a Greeting Cards eStore. Use your eStore to customize stock greeting cards. Can be used with or without a mailing list option.

Allocation Dollars & eGift Certificates
No matter which store you choose, we can also incorporate allocation dollars or eGift certificates that can be spent on merchandise within your eStores. This is a great option if you'd like to offer members of your organization incentives, or sell gift certificates for a holiday or special event.
